2. Hosting and server log files
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Servers are located within the EU or are secured via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Each time the site is accessed, server log files are automatically recorded (including IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the site and the prevention of abuse (e.g. by limiting the number of form submissions) and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is deleted after a short period unless required to investigate a specific case of misuse.
3. Contact form
When you contact us via the form, your information (name, email address, phone number where provided, and your message) is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to / performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Email is delivered by the processor Resend, Inc. (USA) (Art. 28 GDPR); the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
4. External content: vehicle imagery
Vehicle photos are served via mobile.de's CDN (classistatic.de). Your IP address is transmitted to mobile.de's servers as part of that request.
5. Cookies and consent
We only set cookies that are technically necessary or for which you have given explicit consent (§ 25 TTDSG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is collected via the cookie banner and can be withdrawn or adjusted at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
We distinguish three categories:
- Necessary — essential for the site to operate (language preference, cookie consent record). No consent required.
- Statistics — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager. Measures anonymous usage statistics (page views, dwell time). Only set after consent.
- Marketing — currently not active. If we later add remarketing or conversion tags, the corresponding cookies will be listed here.
Without consent for "Statistics" or "Marketing", Google's scripts run in Google Consent Mode v2 and do not set any personal identifier ("cookieless ping").

6. Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data on our behalf (data processing per Art. 28 GDPR). IP anonymisation is enabled by default in GA4. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which Google has joined (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG).
7. Google Maps
On the contact page we embed a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited). The map only loads after you explicitly click "Load map" (two-click solution). Only then is data — in particular your IP address — transferred to Google and Google may set cookies; any transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Until you click, a cookie- and tracking-free placeholder graphic is shown instead. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future — via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). For questions contact us at the address above.
9. Contacting us via WhatsApp
On the contact page and on the team cards we offer you the option to message us via WhatsApp. If you use this channel, the data you send (phone number, name, message content and metadata) is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We have no influence over their data processing; WhatsApp's / Meta's privacy terms apply. The legal basis is your consent through actively contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can of course also reach us by email, phone or via the contact form.
